The Personnel/Registry Unit of NFED is responsible for recruiting qualified staff to run the programme at the headquarters, regional and district levels as part of NFED’s team for achieving its organizational objectives.
The Unit identifies staffing needs at all levels and uses human resource management techniques to address them. It also ensures that staff are equipped with the requisite skills and knowledge to improve performance. The Registry Sub-Unit stores up-to-date records of staff and keeps an efficient filling system on all key activities of the organization. In addition, the Unit generates performance management reports on all members of staff for necessary action.
