OPERATIONS

Key programme activities such as the mobilization of learners, establishment and management of classes, supervision and class activities take place in the regions, districts, zones and classes. The Operations Section is the machinery for coordinating the implementation of the Programmes in the field. The section delivers its programmes through the Monitoring and Evaluation, Research,

The operational task of the section is executed through the formulation and implementation of important policies, development of strategic action plans; inter-agency coordination, supervision, research, monitoring and evaluation. Learning support systems like radio and theatre for development are key aspects of the section’s programmes. Entrepreneurial, micro credit and finance support to learners and communities.
